The Whole Lady Conference 4.0 is a bold call to women everywhere: She Leads. Organized by The Queendom Empowerment Foundation, this year’s edition will bring together 1,000 women from across the South-South region of Nigeria, creating a powerful platform for empowerment, dialogue, and transformation. With She Leads as our guiding theme, the conference is designed to ignite leadership in every sphere of a woman’s life—self-leadership, family influence, career excellence, entrepreneurship, and societal impact. Beyond inspiring women to rise into leadership, the conference also seeks to address the pressing realities that women face today. Representatives from all South-South states will gather to discuss the major issues plaguing women in the region and to proffer practical, lasting solutions. Through keynote addresses, panel discussions, pledges, and the sharing of real-life success stories, participants will be equipped with the skills, mindset, and community to lead with clarity and courage.
